Applicant needs to submit:
Tourist Visa / Business Visa

1. Application form for Visa - Form BI-84 (Forms completed in English and in black ink).
2. 2 identical recent colour passport photos.
3. Passport valid for no less than 30 days after the expiry of intended visit with two (2) unused pages.
4. Confirmation of status (PR Card/Blue IC/Employment Pass/ Work permit, etc.) and employment in Singapore
5. Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (Original and Copy)
   - Required if you are travelling to or from a yellow fever zone.
   - South Africa is not a yellow fever affected are
6. Proof of onward air/sea transport ticket or road transport.
7. Proof of admissibility in the foreign country of onward ticket.
8. A refundable repatriation deposit of S$ 3000.00 may be required.
9. Confirmation of accommodation at a hotel/guest house in SA for all dates,
   or an invitation letter from South African host with SA ID number, full address, contact number, email and certified copy of host's I.D/passport.
10. For minors: birth certificate and letter of consent if not accompanied by parents.
    
    Holiday Purposes
    Please provide the following, in addition to above requirements:
11. Company Letter - signed letter from employer reflecting salary, position in company and leave granted for the period of visit or reason for travel.
12. Confirmation letter of tour or booked holiday itinerary.
13. Proof of financial means: original bank statements for the last 3 months.
    
    Business purposes (including Conferences)
    Please provide the following, in addition to above requirements:
14. Signed letter from employer in Singapore confirming employment, position in company, reason for travel, duration of visit and if they are financially responsible for you. Please also indicate other possible visits to South Africa in the next 3 months (90 days).
15. Letter from the registered company in South Africa that you will visit, duration of visit, reason for visit and/or letter of confirmation/participation at the Conference.

  Documents may be submitted to us in the following ways.
  - All documents will be reviewed after we recieved them.
  - Payment will be by PAYNOW, which we will update after we have reviewed all the documents.
  
  
  Physical Submission (for Single, Business, Multiple, COE, Domestic)
  1. Door-to-Door Collection :
     Collection available on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 10am to 3pm
     Booking for collection at least 1 day prior to collection date.
     Kindly seal all documents in a envelop and pass over to our courier service.
     We will review the documents once we recieve in office.

  2. Office Drop-Box (24/7) :
     Documents can be drop off at our Drop-off Box outside our office anytime at your convenience,
     and we will review all documents once we are in office and update on missing documents and payment.

     We are in office for In-Person submission during office hours as listed :
