Please prepare all the following documents for application.

- Original copy only required during physical submission at Visa Center


1. Application Form
   Your planned travel itinerary and we will update the required Application Form.
   


2. Passport (Original + Photocopy)
   - ePhoto of the Passport BioPage
   - Please ensure that current passport has at least 2 blank pages and has been issued within the last 10 years.
   


3. Photo (2 Original + 1 ephoto)
   - ePassport Photo, recently taken with white background
   - 2 physical photo is required during submission.
   - Photographs no more than 6-months old, 35–40mm in width, white background.
   


4. Singapore Identity (Original + e-copy)
   - Singapore NRIC - front and back
   - Singapore PR with re-entry permit
   - Employment Pass, Work Permit, with SG Work Pass Status
   - Long Term Visit Pass or New Electronic LTVP


5. Financial Accessment
   - 3 months bank e-statements
   


6. Certificate of Employment (Original) or Business Registration Profile from ACRA (photocopy)
   - For Employed
   Letter issued by employer within 1 month of application.
   Including detailed information of position, salary, date joined. Confirming employment, duration of recruitment, status, and upcoming leave date.
   - For self-employed
   ACRA issued within 3 months
   - For unemployed (Retiree, Unemployed, Homemaker, Siblings, Child) - Sponsorship documents are required :
   Sponsor’s letter, sponsor company/employment letter, passport copy, 3 months detailed bank e-statements, proof of relationship (birthcert, marriage cert)
   - For Child (below 18 years) - Sponsorship documents are required :
   Sponsor’s letter, sponsor company/employment letter, passport copy, 3 months detailed bank e-statements, proof of relationship (birthcert)
   If minor travelling unaccompanied, a letter of concent is required.
   - For Student -
   Proof of enrolment letter at a Singapore educational institution.
   Original letter from the school or copy of School pass
   Note : Original Company letter must be physically signed and stamped is required for submission.
   


7. Round trip Flight tickets
   - Roung trip flight ticket for the trip is required for application. - We can offer the flight itineary at $10 (if no flight booking is made)
   


8. Hotel Voucher for entire trip
   - Please provide hotel accommodation for the entire trip.
   - Train or bus tickets for missing nites (on overnight train or bus - where applicable)
   


9. Travel Insurance for entire trip - with Covid Coverage

To apply for Schengen Visa :

• We will manage the application prior to the physical submission to the Visa Center for processing
• Prepare and email us all the requested documents for review
• We will review all documents to ensure all is in place prior to the application
• A printed set or eCopy will arranged and delivered to your place prior to Biometric Appointment for your usage
• Appointment will be made with the Visa Center for Biometric and submission
• Applicant has to go in person for biometric with all requested document:
  - Original passport and passes and printed documents
• The Passport will be submitted to the Visa Center for 1 week for processing after biometric
• When the visa is ready, we will collect the passport for you, and you may pick up it up from our office
  or opt for door-to-door delivery service at $10

Biometric Appointment and Document Submission


• Applicant has to go in-person for biometric appointment .
  
• We will arrange the online appointment for the applicant.
  
• Applicant will bring all the completed documents for submission and for a biometric scan

• 1-2 working days for documents review and update.
• Gather of missing documents by applicant
• 1-2 working days for Ecopy, delivery or pick up of printed copy from office
• Booking of biometric appointment - subject to availablity.
  Processing time may be affected by availablity of biometric appointment
  
• 5-10 working days is required for Embassy review, stamping, after biometric documents submission.
• Visa approval only known after passport collection

Note: Visa is valid 3 months from date of application, thus do not apply any earlier.
